John Tracy Center
We extend our warmest welcome to you as you embark on your journey to complete a clinical rotation with the Audiology Department at John Tracy Center. Your decision to join our team is greatly appreciated, and we are genuinely excited to have you on board. It is our sincere hope that your experience with us will be both enriching and incredibly fulfilling. Students find their experience at JTC fulfilling and rewarding through meaningful interactions with families and staff. To complete a clinical rotation at JTC, graduate students must be enrolled in a clinical doctorate program in Audiology and have completed courses in pediatric audiology and electrophysiology evaluations at a minimum. Additionally, a mutual agreement between the prospective graduate clinician and JTC is required.

At John Tracy Center, our top priority is ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care. To maintain this commitment, we require all student clinicians and externs undergo a thorough screening process. This includes completing a Live Scan background check, a Health Screening report, as well as providing documentation of immunizations and a TB test. These measures help to ensure the safety and security of our children and create a trusted environment for all involved.
If a student clinician/externs chooses to resign before the anticipated end of the agreed-upon length of service, it is expected that they provide enough notice. This notice should be communicated to Dr. Cole, Director of Audiology, in advance.
